Leased a car a year ago. Then traded it on November 20th, 2017. Up until today I have been told by Jakes auto mall that I have owed several different amounts of money. 1st it was $2000 dollars then it was $600.00 dollars and as of today it’s $349.77. This company received a check from the bank that financed my new vehicle. A month later they come up with another reason of how I owe them money. Saying I needed to return a tracker that was installed in the vehicle. A month later your asking me for a tracker. Gtfoh. They do not update the credit bureaus with accurate information and have harassed me via text daily. Saying my total will increase a dollar a day for everyday my balance is not paid. This company sells old cars with high miles for ridiculous prices. Then once you trade the vehicle in and discontinue service with them they will make up a reason why you still owe them money.

Jake's is the best place to buy a used car. They really care and want to make sure you get the car and price that work for you. If you have credit issues they are willing to give you a chance and don't take advantage of that like some places do. Just bought my second vehicle from them and I am very happy and satisfied! I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a great car.
If I could give them a zero I would first and foremost the day I purchase the vehicle I had to bring in for brake 400 dollars that's when I found out it needed more work and wasn't safe to drive I needed all new shocks and struts a control arm a new oil pan it have a very bad oil leak I was told even tho I had just got the vehicle I would have to pay for towing and find my own transportation to get back and fourth to work I was told pretty much there's nothing they can do and when I asked if they were going to cover what was wrong I was told not all of it when I try to drive the car it goes it's on way shakes really bad their just as bad as carhop bad experience in day 1 RUN because obviously they only care about money not if you're safe or have proper transportation to feed your family as long as their paid I should've followed my first mind will be contacting attorney general and my lawyer to see if this is okay to do the heat gage is past the H the car is overheating I was told the car was running just fine obviously not when I asked for the inspection or recon paperwork on the vehicle I was told they don't get the cars inspected I was told " we check the vehicle out" so you just put people in unsafe vehicle to drive I will be returning this car and I will be asking for my down payment as well as my 400 dollars for breaks because now I have to miss more work and I am out of money I refuse to deal with this....
Well after all of this Jake the owner did repair my vehicle and has stated he will make everything right for me to have a safe vehicle. While driving on the highway lastnight I was doing about 60 mph the car just started to slow down would not accelerate over 20 mph I immediately text them they told me it was because of the rain my car did that and that another Customer had the same issue after telling them multiple times I did not hit a puddle of water where I was there was hardly any rain etc. long story short took the car in to a Chevy dealership and was pretty much told to look for me a new vehicle was told the cost of the repairs outweighs what the car is worth then asked if I was aware the airbags in the car didn’t work says they’ve seen they with cars involved in accident I asked before I got this car why was the airbag light on no one seems to know I’m more concerned I got this car at the end of May and I’ve already put over 1200 dollars into it the blue book value is only 1800 dollars I’m not putting another penny in this car to sell me a car that’s not safe to drive and I’m pregnant is just wrong me and my unborn could’ve been hurt badly
