The longer version: I went to Right Buy Auto because I like their business model- late generation, higher end cars- still under warranty. I drove Lexus for the last decade and wanted an upgrade. Chris didn't have the model I was after but recommended I test drive one of his BMW 535s. I tried it and it didn't call to me. Perhaps I was too used to the Lexus feel. What makes this anecdote noteworthy in my eyes is that Chris never again mentioned or pushed me in the direction of stock he had. As the days and weeks rolled on I fully expected a sales push back to his stock- which delightfully was not the case. He let me drive the direction I wanted.
Eventually, through Chris we secured a Lexus from auction across the country. Normally this is where the story would end- but in this case there was a problem. What was delivered to Chris for sale to me was not what was promised. Super anecdote #2- Right Buy Auto made it right. Chris took care of all the logistics- preventing me from stressing over a flawed vehicle. The happy ending of this long story is that the second time was the charm- landing a superb vehicle at a superb price. His relationship with a multitude of aftermarket automotive services even allowed me secure a discount on having a wrap applied.
I bought a car from Chris several years ago and got a great deal so when car shopping again recently I checked out Right Buy Auto. I worked with Phil the first time I came in and with Chris the next. Both of them were extremely helpful. They answered my questions, explained all of my options and never made me feel pressured one way or another. Super nice and very genuine. I could tell they wanted me to be happy with my car purchase no matter what car it was or even where I purchased it from. I have referred my brother to buy from Right Buy and will refer anyone else I know who is looking for a car to check Right Buy Auto first.

Awesome buying experience! I was in to look at the car since the price, make, model, color, and trim I wanted was specific. Infiniti, q50s,black, sport package. I ended up buying the car the same night because it is what I wanted. Fair price on the trade and the price of the car was within my range. Phil stayed extra late to help me with the purchase. Everything was explained to me in detail. No rush with anything and there wasn't any sales pressure. Here's the car here's the price I recommend getting the warranty. Phil and Chris did keep in touch with me after the purchase as I have had many questions and went to bat for me when I had a warranty claim! Went from we are not covering this to here is your car all fixed. My parents were also looking for a vehicle and they bought one from Chris and Phil shortly after I got mine. I would highly recommend checking out Right Buy Auto for your next vehicle purchase!
